Position Overview
The Project & Client Success Coordinator is the operational backbone of A. Logan Designs—ensuring our clients feel supported, our projects stay on schedule, and our studio runs efficiently. You'll work directly with the Principal Designer to create an exceptional client experience and bring order to our fast-paced environment.
A Day in This Role
No two days look exactly alike at A. Logan Designs. One morning you may be coordinating with contractors before a client presentation. Later that afternoon you could be preparing project documentation, following up with vendors, organizing our studio, or helping ensure every client feels informed and cared for throughout their design journey.

Project & Client Success Coordinator (Part-Time)
Position Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)
Compensation: $20–$24/hour, based on experience
Work Location: Primarily In-Office (Birmingham, AL)

The Project & Client Success Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of our studio—ensuring clients feel supported, projects stay on schedule, vendors remain informed, and internal systems run efficiently.
The ideal candidate enjoys creating order, solving problems, anticipating needs, and communicating professionally with clients, builders, and vendors.

Primary Responsibilities
Client Experience
Coordinate client communication and follow-up
Schedule consultations, meetings, and project appointments
Prepare meeting agendas and recap notes
Send weekly client updates
Track approvals and outstanding client decisions
Project Coordination
Maintain project schedules and task lists
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
Track furniture orders, deliveries, and installations
Assist with procurement and project documentation
Help ensure deadlines are consistently met
Office Operations
Organize physical and digital project files
Maintain office organization and administrative systems
Prepare project binders and presentation materials
Assist with sample library organization
Support daily studio operations
Administrative Support
Manage calendars and scheduling
Monitor incoming inquiries and leads
Assist with invoicing and project documentation
Maintain Google Drive file organization
Support workflow management using Asana and Houzz Pro (training provided)

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project coordination, executive administration, operations, banking, hospitality, construction, real estate, client services, or a related field
Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Experience with project management software is preferred (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.)
Experience working with contractors, vendors, or client-facing teams is a plus
Interior design experience is not required

Schedule
Approximately 15–20 hours per week
Monday availability required
Primarily in-office in Birmingham, Alabama
Occasional visits to client homes, showrooms, and vendor locations may be required
Compensation
$20–$24 per hour, based on experience
