Each piece is carefully prepared and handled to ensure it arrives beautifully and ready to live in your space.
For in-stock items, please allow 3–5 weeks for processing and shipment. This timeframe includes order preparation, packaging, and transit.
For items with extended lead times, our team will contact you directly to confirm your estimated ship date and provide any additional details.
To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout, including all necessary details and proper formatting. If we are unable to verify your address, our team will reach out to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be canceled and refunded.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.

We offer nationwide shipping as well as in-person pickup by appointment.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped, not at the time the order is placed.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. A. Logan Design Studios is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
In-Person Pickup
Local customers may select Showroom Pickup at checkout.
Pickup is available by appointment once your order is ready. Our team will contact you to coordinate a convenient time. -
Due to the curated nature of our collection, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, and our team will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused or returned, the cost of return shipping and original shipping charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.
For international orders, additional customs duties or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
